This little squish was about 4 weeks old at her session. She was so ridiculously adorable. 4 weeks is a little past the range that I prefer to do newborn photographs, but we can make it work. This little girl wanted to stay awake at the beginning of the session, but she was so chill about it.

She even let me pose her in a pretty decent bum up on this gorgeous backdrop. This was so perfect for this little angel. Her big brother was photographed on a dark blue backdrop (the same wrap that is covering her bottom) so that they would match when hung in their family room. This was the same pose that she has hung as well so we wanted to get a matching photo for mama.

Once wrapped this little one slept so well through her photos for her age. She was just too cute in all these little wrapped set ups.
The little lovies were mom's favorites. She got three different lovies in her photos that she chose. They are my favorite as well and almost always love the photos with the lovies better than the photos without them. What do you think of the lovies!

Another little lovie...this time the porcupine! I can also add in keepsakes into your session. The blanket below the basket is actually the mom's baby blanket her grandma knit for her! Isn't that the cutest thing!

With older newborns you can definitely get sleepy shots, just like this little cutie. More shots will be wrapped because that helps make this age group a little more secure and sleepy.
We can get an array of different wrapped shots in all sorts of props though, just like you can tell from these adorable images!

She was such a chunky little thing. We were able to get this sleepy pose after she was wrapped up. She went into this position which is a more relaxed pose quite easy.
